​​The North Simcoe Situation Table (NSST) is a collaborative community project that brings together agencies representing diverse sectors and partnerships to serve and support individuals and families who are at risk of harm.

​

The rapid mobilization model has been employed in communities across Canada since 2009 and has been effective at reducing demands on police services, reducing recidivism and improving overall well-being of the community.

​​Individuals representing a cross-section of human service, social service and acute-care providers come together frequently to ensure that community members experiencing high risk of harm are connected to appropriate, timely and effective supports.
